2. Eligible Items: Mobile phone parts eligible for return include screens, batteries, charging ports, and other hardware components. Please note that software-related issues or damage caused by improper installation are not covered under this policy.

3. Defective or Incorrect Parts: If you receive a defective part or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and promptly send you a replacement or issue a refund.


4. Condition of Returned Parts: Returned parts must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging with all accessories included. We recommend careful handling during the return process to avoid any damage.

5. Testing and Inspection: All returned parts will be thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. We may perform functional tests, and parts that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.
